"Policy"
Deposit:
Each date that you wish to charter will require a $100 deposit per day.
Deposit Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your charter it must be done up to 3 days prior to your charter date in order to ger a refund. Less than 3 days deposit is forfeited.
(All deposits are subject to a 20% sur-charge if canceled at any time after booking. This charge is for both transfer Fees applied and services rendered)
No Show:
If you do not show up for your charter your deposit is forfeited.
Weather Cancellation:
At Captain's decretion, if a charter is cancelled because of bad weather, you can:
